Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 12 PM PST are shipped out the same day. Every order after 1 PM will be sent out with the next days pickup, Monday-Friday only.

During busy periods (holidays or new launches) orders may be processed and shipped within 24-48. If we launch a new item it can take a few days due to the quantity of orders being received at the same time.

Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control of the package or its location. You will be sent a tracking number once the order ships. If there are any issues, please refer to the tracking number and contact the shipping provider - USPS.

USPS Standard Ground

Our preferred standard shipping method is USPS Standard Ground to keep rates as low as possible. Estimated shipping time is 3-4 Business Days (unless we are notified by events out of our control e.g. bad weather).

USPS Priority Mail Express

1-3 Business Days

  • Our shipping rates are based on weight and reflect standard rates provided by USPS.
  • We only ship domestically in the USA. We don’t ship internationally at this time.
  • Free Shipping special offers apply only to the USA and will ship USPS Economy for all orders.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept full priced items, sale items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

There are certain situations where no refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus shipping costs within a certain amount of days. Note, it can take up to 10-14 days for your refund to show up on your bank or credit card statement.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Email us at hello@iamnotcreative.us as soon as possible to make a change. Once your order is placed we can’t guarantee we can make any changes as orders are typically filled immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
